Shanghai itinerary

A solid 4 days in Shanghai pairs a central base (People’s Square or the Bund) with one easy day trip to Suzhou or Hangzhou. I’ve done this loop three times since 2018, and keeping the same hotel for nights 1–3 while you day-trip saves both money and packing stress.
