Where to Stay Near Mount Huangshan (2026)
The best place to stay near Mount Huangshan for foreigners is Tangkou, the town at the south gate, for earliest cable-car access, or Tunxi (Huangshan City) if you want more hotel choice and English service. I stayed in Tangkou on my 2023 trip and was on the summit before the crowds arrived.
